These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Overheal mobile application and related services ("the app", "Overheal", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
01Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Overheal. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
02Health Disclaimer
Overheal is a nutrition-tracking and fitness-gamification tool for general informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional guidance from a physician, dietitian, or other qualified health provider. Always consult a professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine. Never disregard professional advice because of something you read in the app.
03Your Account
You may use the app in guest mode or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
04Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app. You will not, among other things: attempt to disrupt or compromise the app's security or infrastructure; access other users' private data; reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law; upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content; or use the social features (friends, guilds, duels, chat, leaderboards) to harass, impersonate, or defraud others.
05User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create, such as your food logs and profile data. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the app for you. You are responsible for the content you submit, including in shared social features.
06Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, branding, rank artwork, text, and software, is owned by Overheal and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without permission.
07Service Availability
We work to keep the app available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the app at any time.
08Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overheal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
09Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through an in-app notice or by email. Your continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
